Future-oriented market research starts here
Start your data journey
A data journey is not a completed project, but rather a continuous path of technological development.
With our services – from data integration and clearing to governance, analytics and automation solutions – we lay the foundation for making data reliably usable and sustainably developing digital processes.
1. Data Integration
We connect data from different systems via robust interfaces and consolidate a wide variety of formats into a uniform, reliable structure. Neither the source nor the format matters: for market research, we typically process data on sales, inventory and incoming goods from various merchandise management systems. These are provided via email, file transfer or API. Sales data that is only available in written form is digitised using OCR tools.
Processing is continuous and reliable, around the clock, so that all information is available at any time for downstream processes, analyses and automation workflows.
2. Data Validation
Immediately after receiving the data, we integrate it into our own server infrastructure, which we administer ourselves and is located in Germany. During the first processing step, we automatically check whether the data is complete, correctly structured and technically usable.
Data is stored separately on a project basis and in accordance with strict security and operating standards. This ensures that even large data streams remain high-performing, protected and always available – providing a stable foundation for all downstream digital processes.
3. Data Clearing
Data clearing is where the crucial quality core of the entire data journey is created. Using our own tools and AI-supported processes, we analyse, normalise and harmonise all incoming information – regardless of source, structure or format. Our systems convert even complex or unstructured data into a consistent, machine-readable schema.
This combination of automated intelligence and precise technical control enables us to create a robust database on which all further digital processes can be reliably built.
4. Data Analysis
In data analysis, we first check the quality of all available information. Our systems detect anomalies, check plausibility, identify outliers and ensure that the data is technically reliable. On this verified basis, we then perform structured calculations – from classic evaluations to complex models such as projections or project-specific key figures. This produces precise, reliable results that serve as a basis for decision-making in operational processes, automation and strategic management.
5. Data Visualisation
In data visualisation, we prepare all calculated results in such a way that they can be quickly understood and intuitively used. Depending on requirements, we use interactive dashboards that enable dynamic filters, drilldowns and real-time updates, or classic charts and tables for precise, structured reports. This transforms complex data models into clearly understandable visualisations that support operational decisions and make strategic developments transparent.
